What happens after the 21-day free access period?
Nothing is charged when the 21 days end. There is no payment method on your account, so there is nothing we could charge. You choose: continue with Explorer by adding a payment method, or move to WonderWatch Free. Your child’s progress, stars and rewards stay with them either way.
Do I need a payment method to start?
No. The 21-day free access period is completely free and needs no payment details. You only enter them if you decide to continue with Explorer after it ends.
What’s the difference between Free and Explorer?
WonderWatch Free includes one starter adventure, the full video library, 5 questions to Ask Nuno a day, a basic parent dashboard, a weekly recap email on your child’s progress, and one child profile — forever. Your child’s progress, streaks and rewards are kept on every plan.
Explorer adds unlimited adventures, a new mission each day picked for your child, 20 questions a day, and the full For Parents dashboard with daily insights and the dinner email. Explorer includes one child profile, and you can add up to four more for ₹50 a month each.
Which billing option is the best value?
Yearly at ₹2,399 — you save ₹1,189 compared with paying monthly, working out to about ₹6.60 a day.
Quarterly is ₹749 — saving ₹148 compared with paying monthly.
Monthly is ₹299, with nothing to commit to.
Some features say “coming soon” — what does that mean?
Reading stories with Nuno and daily puzzles are being built right now. They’re part of Explorer, so when they launch they simply appear at no extra cost, and your price doesn’t change.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There’s no lock-in on any plan. Cancel whenever you like and you move back to WonderWatch Free at the end of the period you have already paid for. Your child keeps the progress and rewards they’ve already earned.
How many children does one subscription cover?
Explorer supports up to five child profiles in total. It starts at ₹299 a month for one profile, with each additional profile costing ₹50 a month — so five profiles cost ₹499 a month.
You choose the number of profiles when you subscribe, and every other Explorer feature is included whichever number you choose.
WonderWatch Free includes one child profile, forever.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Explorer is a subscription, so it renews automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly, quarterly or yearly, whichever you chose — until you cancel. You approve that renewing payment once, in your bank or UPI app, when you first subscribe.
You can cancel any time from For Parents, and you keep Explorer until the end of the period you have already paid for. We will never increase your price without telling you first: a material change means an email and a notice in the app at least 14 days beforehand.
