Terms of Use

WonderWatch is a learning platform for children aged 6 to 12. Children cannot create accounts. Accounts are created and owned by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old and lawfully able to enter into a contract under the laws of their country of residence. Parents are responsible for supervising their child’s use of WonderWatch and for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

By creating a child profile, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and that you consent, on the child’s behalf, to the processing of their personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Where WonderWatch is available. WonderWatch is currently intended for users in India and the United States. It is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Please notify us at hello@wonderwatch.ai if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep it up to date.

WonderWatch is provided for personal, family, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm a child.
• Attempt to access, scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the service except as expressly permitted.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the service or its content.
• Upload or transmit malware, attempt to bypass security controls, or interfere with other users’ access.
• Impersonate another person, falsify information about a child’s age, or create an account for a child without parental consent.
• Attempt to use the service to generate harmful, illegal, abusive, or inappropriate content, including by trying to bypass Nuno’s safety safeguards.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have breached these terms.

Missions, videos, illustrations, music, audio, and other materials inside WonderWatch are owned by WonderWatch or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view this content within the service, for personal family use only.

Some missions embed third-party YouTube videos under their respective rights. We do not own or control these videos, and your use of them is also subject to YouTube’s terms and Google’s privacy policy. YouTube may show advertising on these videos and may collect data through its player. This is outside our control. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

WonderWatch is currently in early access. This means features may change, break, or be temporarily unavailable. Some features marked “coming soon” are not yet built. We are working hard to make the service reliable but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation during early access.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time as we improve the service.

Every new family gets full access to everything for 21 days, with no card required. After that you choose: continue on the paid Explorer plan, or move to WonderWatch Free, which remains available at no cost with a curated selection of missions and one child profile. Current plans and prices are set out on our pricing page. We will give parents clear, advance notice before any pricing change takes effect.

WonderWatch uses AI to power Nuno’s narration, and to answer questions your child asks in Wonders when we do not already have a written answer for them. Those answers are generated by a third-party AI provider and are not individually reviewed by a person before your child sees them. AI output is not perfect and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Parents should supervise their child’s use of WonderWatch and encourage them to ask a trusted adult whenever something seems confusing or important. We review and structure the mission content carefully, but you should treat factual claims inside any mission or Nuno answer as educational starting points rather than authoritative advice.

If you see something off, please tell us so we can fix it.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

WonderWatch is an educational supplement. It does not replace school, formal therapy, or professional advice.

To the extent permitted by law, WonderWatch’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 1,000. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WonderWatch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damage.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold WonderWatch harmless against any third-party claim arising out of your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms.

You can stop using WonderWatch and delete your account at any time from For Parents. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been breached, with reasonable notice except where immediate action is needed to protect children, the service, or other users.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the account was closed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify parents by email and post a notice in For Parents at least 14 days before the change takes effect (or sooner if required by law).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
